Can a Rise in Sea Level Cause Earthquakes?

Saturday, February 28th, 2009

Global Climatologists are now predicting a rise in sea level up to 3 meters in the next 75 years due to Global Warming and Climate Change. Obviously this is not good news for anyone living close to the Ocean on islands, which are low in elevation or near beaches. But what else could this rise in ocean sea levels change? Well some believe it could increase seismic and volcanic activity as well. One gentleman recently brought this to mention in an online think tank and stated;

“I haven’t seen anything on this topic before and was wondering if there was any data on how increased ocean levels can effect plate tectonics? What I’m thinking is this. If ocean levels rise 3mm (yearly average) across 75% of the planet, what is the added pressure on tectonic plates?”

Yes, sure good point, although it would equal out and then be fine supposedly although you might have the interim during such a 30-70 year period with lots of more quakes than usual? Although some believe that water provides more lubrication and eases the problems with quakes?

“I’m also wondering how this would pan out in specific scenarios. For instance, the Pacific Plate is almost entirely covered with water, however, where it meets the North American plate, it’s hitting land.”

Good point could cause issues with squeezing or rapid change of the leading edge of the plate being crashed into now but pulling apart for a splinter in geological time. Could cause issues sure? Could it cause a slide onto Salt Lake City? Super Volcanoes in WY or Volcanic and seismic along mountains ranges; sure, perhaps? And thus maybe we might consider all this in 2006.

Big Bang Booming – Back to the Future

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

Then God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. This ancient description of the creation of the universe found in the Book of Genesis may be accurate after all. The big bang theory describes the beginning of the universe as having been precipitated from an infinitesimally small point. In this small volume, all matter and energy was concentrated until its contents exploded in either a smooth expansion or an incredibly violent energetic explosion that formed the planets, stars and galaxies. Originally this theory had competition from what is called the ’steady state’ theory whereby the universe is forever expanding and new matter and energy is created spontaneously within the space left by the receding galaxies. However, empirical observations have directed astronomers and scientists into the acceptance of the big bang model. But how did we get to this point in our understanding?

In the early part of the twentieth century the American astronomer Vesto Slipher and the German Carl Wirtz made some important astronomical discoveries. Using spectral analysis, Slipher deciphered the mixtures of gases contained in planetary atmospheres as well as nebulae. What distinguishes his findings is the discovery that most if not all galaxies outside of our own demonstrate what is called a ‘Red Shift.’ This shift is simply a change in the wavelength of the light emitted by those objects under investigation towards a longer wavelength. Wirtz similarly catalogued many red shifts of the nebulae which he chose to study. But it was still to early for them to realize the full potential meaning of their observations. That would wait until Einstein’s General Relativity would be interpreted by other scientists through further mathematical analysis.

His contemporaries demonstrated to Einstein that his new Theory of General Relativity published in 1916 was not compatible with a ’static’ universe of space time. The theory predicted an expanding or collapsing universe but not a fixed cosmos. Because he personally believed the universe to be an invariable space time continuum, Einstein engaged in a degree of scientific legerdemain. To correct what he perceived to be as ‘flaws’ in his theory he added the contrivance of a cosmological constant known as lambda to force the static universe into reality. Einstein’s view of perfection in an unchanging space time continuum had led him down a blind alley as much as Aristotle’s concept of perfection had brought that great philosopher into the error of believing in a static Earth at the center of the universe.

But even with the addition of the cosmological constant lambda, the universe was still found to be unstable and this whole affair would later be viewed by Einstein as his “greatest blunder.” His cosmological acrobatics behind him, Einstein yielded the stage to others for a clearer understanding of his own theory. It fell to Alexander Alexandrovich Friedmann to consider the consequences of General Relativity without the constant lambda interfering with his study of these relationships. In doing so, the Russian mathematician and cosmologist derived the solution which predicts an ever expanding cosmological structure (1922), a prediction which was disagreeable with Einstein’s concept of universal perfection. A couple of years later, Friedmann published his findings in “About the Possibility of a World with Constant Negative Curvature of Space.” But the entire hypothetical construct still lacked a complete verbalization mathematically and theoretically.

Enter the Reverend Father Georges Lemaitre, a Catholic priest from Belgium. Rev. Fr. Lemaitre provided the equations necessary to formulate the basis of Big Bang theory in his work entitled “Hypothesis of the Primeval Atom.” He postulated that the universe began as a primordial atom of infinitesimal volume and enormous mass energy as well as space and time and everything else comprising the future universe. At some point the universe began with the explosion of this super atom. Lemaitre published his theoretical ideas between the years 1927 and 1933 and speculated that the movement of the nebulae demonstrated the validity of the explosion of his cosmic super atom. Unfortunately, he also wrongly believed that cosmic rays might be an after effect of the super atom’s big bang. These are now known to be generated not from a universal conflagration but from galactic sources unrelated to the big bang.

However, the new theory still lacked a major source of observational support. This would be provided by Edwin Hubble’s observations of the redshift of galaxies. Taking up where Slipher and Wirtz left off, Hubble employed a novel technique to discern the properties of the galactic movements. By choosing to observe stars that are known as Cepheid Variables he could more accurately make measurements. Cepheids are a type of star that brighten and darken and lighten back up in regular periods of time that are well known. Cepheids that have identical cycle times of brightening darkening and brightening again also have identical or nearly identical luminosity. Thus, if one compares the length of the cycle to the amount of light apparent to the observer it is possible to accurately prepare an estimate of the distance to the cepheid.

In this manner, Hubble had found that the nebulae or galaxies exhibited a galactic red shift; in other words, that galaxies were receding away from ours at a speed which is correlated directly with the distance between our vantage point and the galaxy being studied. The further away the galaxies were the faster they appeared to be going in moving away from us. The results of these investigations is now known as Hubble’s Law. Essentially, this law states that universe is in an ever expanding mode whereby the intergalactic distances continue to grow without bound into infinity. Hubble’s Law depends upon the shifting of the wavelength of light and after having been delineated in 1929 has been subsequently proven over and over again. Further, Hubble’s constant has been recalculated to a more ‘perfect’ value and retains a great probability of being ‘recomputed’ in the future based upon new observations.

Thus, it should be clear to the reader that our scientists have a fateful habit of introducing their preconceived notions of beauty into their models. From Aristotle’s static Earth to Einstein’s greatest blunder, the constant which forces a static universe, we proceed only from the wisdom of our weak minds. The more things change the more things stay the same. Man’s hubris knows no limits in our attempts to understand things without the wisdom to comprehend its underlying meaning. Humble we are not. We are making the same mistakes we always have. Back to the future. To be continued…

Impossible = Possible

Wednesday, February 25th, 2009

Even if the chance that all the events coming together perfectly to create life on Earth is virtually an impossible probability with staggering odds (which it is), we are told by evolutionists that it should not matter. As the physicist Stenger says, “Why not? Given all possibilities, why shouldn’t it have happened? And why not all other possibilities as well? Our universe was formed in one of the infinite number of ways it could have formed. The particular structure of our universe came about by chance, freezing into form just like the six points of a snowflake.” (ref 59:51) So the evolutionist loads the dice with infinite universes and infinite time and that makes the impossibility of life coming to be by chance not a long shot, but a virtual surety.

Before we permit ourselves to get too excited about this “anything is possible” argument, let’s set the ground rules. If anything is possibleapples jumping off the ground and reattaching to trees, humans hatching out of chicken eggs, the desert sand turning into ocean, life emerging from lifeless matterthen there can be no certainty about anything. All science would end and we would fear putting one foot in front of the other because of the possibility of the floor turning to quicksand or disappearing entirely.

Yet that is not how things are, for you, me or the most devout of materialistic evolutionists. The philosopher Descartes, wrestling with a similar quandary concluded, “cogito ergo sum”, I think, therefore I am. That is a good starting point for us as well. We are real and our thinking process is real. The way we sort real from unreal, resolve important human issues and go about day-to-day life (thinking and being “I am”) is by ignoring the virtually impossible and banking on the probable, the reasonable and certain.

By what process does a scientist partition his mind such that he can one day busy himself about in the laboratory clanging together test tubes looking for high probabilities and certainty, go to sleep, wake up in the morning and then announce to a classroom or in an article that high improbabilities make certainty, i.e., life emerged by chance? By so doing he accepts unquestionably, as a philosophical premise, that which he would never excuse in others, namely that unlikely events are the ones we should bank on.

Remember, this same materialist rejects extrasensory perception, remote viewing, miracles, creation, foreknowledge, life after death and the like not because they are impossible, but because they appear improbable.

Double standard? Most certainly.

The illogic emerges from distorting the meaning of the math of probabilities. For example, if the chance of a simple protein coming into existence by chance is 1 in 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 (it’s actually a much larger denominator than that but those are enough zeros for my point here), the “1″ in the numerator is viewed as a very real possibility. It is not. That’s what all the zeros mean.

This is not a probability that argues what could happen but rather a probability that insists upon what will not happen. If the odds of something happening is 1 in 10, then the odds it won’t is 9 in 10. Odds for, of 1 in 10000000000, means odds against are 9999999999 in 10000000000. Extrapolate that to the larger number in the previous paragraph to see the virtual surety that the protein will not emerge by chance.

From a strictly probabilistic standpoint, the chance emergence and evolution of life is, by any reasonable definition of the word, impossible. Yet this impossibility becomes surety to the materialist because other possibilities (such as intelligent design), no matter how probable they may be, are just too unpalatable.

But all this play on numbers and odds assumes that the hypothetical phenomena of life emerging and evolving are a matter of chance. They are not. Scientific laws make things happen in a particular way, not chance. Things with mass fall to Earth, north poles attract south poles, negative charges attract positive charges and mass and energy are never destroyed, they just change places. An apple “could” jump to Pluto rather than fall to the ground and one could calculate the odds for that. But it won’t happen because there is a law of gravity and several others that declare it won’t. It’s not really a matter of odds; it’s a matter of law.

Now then, law governs every event that could lead to the emergence of life and to its evolution as well, not chance. The laws of chemistry, physics and biology declare and demand that order cannot emerge from chaos, life cannot emerge from non-life (law of biogenesis), and once order is present it cannot compound and improve upon itself (gain complexity and information) from chaos. Since life is highly ordered it could not therefore have emerged from a chaotic primordial soup. Neither could existent life have increased complexity (evolved) and transmutated from random events such as mutations.

The most obvious, well tested and sure of all laws in science and experience demands that order come from order, information from information and mind from mind. Spontaneous generation and evolution fly directly in the face of these laws. Probabilities do not change that.

Lures for Spring Salmon and Trout

Wednesday, February 25th, 2009

By Captain Jim Hirt

The start of the 2009 Lake Michigan Season will be here before you know it and now is the time to think about early location and tackle. In this article, I would like to share with you some of my keys to finding fish and the hottest set ups for very early presentation. I have been a charter fishing captain for over twenty years and these techniques have produced year after year. I am confident that you will achieve success applying these classic tips.

I start my season in early April and the most important factor at this time is temperature. I recommend a must item for you is a temperature gauge for the surface and a notebook. Your gauge can be a simple hand held thermometer or a unit built into your fish locator. The notebook is all about what’s working and what’s not. I find if I can avoid duplicating non-productive techniques, I will improve my catches and enjoyment. Keeping record of your bad and good days is key to moving to the top of the list as an above average in your sport. I write down the date, time of day, conditions, cloudy, clear, calm, rough, port or lake G.P.S. numbers if you have them. Record this on every fish or at least at the end of the day. On a hot bite, I usually get caught up on my notes as soon as I can to avoid lost detail. Spring action can be hot.

Think about it, the temperature of the water is in the 40 degree range, and with a few exceptions, the fish we will find the most active are on the top five to ten feet. Well lets get started. It’s always a good idea to check the Wisconsin Sportsmen’s Digest for up to date information on what’s biting. I also check at local tackle stores and Internet reports. If these resources were not available, I would then start with temperature. This holds true if you are in a boat or on shore. Find the warmest temperature you can. Sometimes I am fishing a temperature break of only a degree or two. Don’t rush this process. Haste to get your lines in non-productive water is just a waste of time. You will find these temperature breaks at mouths of rivers, power plants and protected bays. The wind direction will be a major player in warm water location. The surface warms first and wind will move this water around. On Wisconsin’s shore, a light east wind does wonders to improving spring action. The reason I used most of this article on temperature is it helps eliminate a lot of slow fishing time. Temperature is almost as important as the type of lure you use. Utilizing New Technologies to Prevent Workplace Burn Injuries

Wednesday, February 25th, 2009

Recent improvements in thermal protection technology are providing cost effective solutions for protecting hot pipes and reducing work place burn hazards.

The Problem

Burn and scald injuries lead the way in workplace injuries that result in lost time from work (average of 5 days per year per burn or scald according the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Publication No. 2004 -146). The economic impact to employers and employees alike as a result of these injuries can be overwhelming. A recent study conducted in Oregon State suggested the average cost in that state for burn injuries is $5,400 USD per incidence!

The Hazards

A major burn hazard source is found in industrial plants that utilize steam process lines. In many typical applications hot steam lines are initially covered with a permanent fixture of hard lagging and mineral wool insulation. As plant processes evolve or if system problems occur, sections of insulation are often removed for troubleshooting, pipe replacement or line reconfiguration. The removed sections of insulation are usually irreparably damaged. Replacement costs for these small sections can be cost prohibitive utilizing traditional insulation techniques. The result is that the insulation is often never replaced thereby creating a potential burn hazard.

A second major burn hazard source occurs at high temperature flexible (steam/oil/heat traced) hoses that are connected to moving machinery or equipment. Traditional hard lagging insulating technologies are not flexible and therefore are not capable of servicing these hoses. The result is that the hoses are left un-insulated thereby creating a potential burn hazard for personnel who service or operate adjacent equipment.

The scenarios above represent just two of literally thousands of common applications where the potential for a serious workplace burn injury exists.

The Solution

Recent advancements in thermal protection technologies are utilizing closed cell silicone sponge rubber materials to create a wrap for protecting hot process lines. Unlike traditional mineral wool the sponge wrap system does not required a hard lagging to contain the insulation material. It is extremely flexible and may be cut to length with an ordinary pair of scissors to allow for easy installation by in house maintenance staff.

In many cases the insulation wrap is equipped with a hook and loop closure to further simplify the installation on existing lines without line disconnection or interruption. The hook and loop closure also allows for easy access to process lines while performing maintenance procedures or trouble-shooting system components.

Due to its ease of installation and removable characteristics the sponge wrap provides a good solution for protecting flexible hoses and sections of process lines that are otherwise left void of insulation.

The Technology This new technology introduces the use of closed cell silicone sponge rubber as a thermal protection medium. This material has a very low thermal conductivity and a high temperature resistance making it an excellent choice as a burn protection medium.

Unlike traditional insulation technologies (consisting fibrous materials and hard outer cladding) silicone sponge rubber wrap is easy to install and does not require the expertise and skills of a professional contractor. The result is that the cellular silicone sponge wrap is a cost effective technology that is well suited covering a variety of potential burn surfaces.

The closed cellular nature of the silicone sponge rubber does not allow for water or other liquids to infiltrate (“wicking”) through the insulation medium. This enables the material to function effectively as an insulator in exterior environments when exposed to rain and other elements.

The inherent flexibility of the sponge wrap combined with the aforementioned properties, makes it an excellent technology for providing burn protection from high temperature flexible hoses and sections of process lines that are left void of insulation.

The Benefits

With a minimal initial capital investment a typical plant can be equipped with silicone sponge burn protection to significantly reduce the risk of workplace injuries resulting in lost time.

In addition to minimizing burn injuries, protecting un-insulated pipes will increase the overall plant efficiency leading to a reduction in energy costs.

The Conclusion

Protecting un-insulating hot process lines with cellular silicone rubber sponge technologies will demonstrate unrealized energy savings while creating a safer workplace environment.

Earthquakes, Tsunamis, Mudslides: Extreme Events – What Do They Mean?

Wednesday, February 25th, 2009

In lieu of recent, tumultuous occurrences, people are more compelled than ever to discover the mystery of these modern-day, earth-changing events.

One day, Earth(1) is experiencing the fourth largest earthquake in a century – a 9.0 tectonics plate(2) shift(3) off the coast of Sumatra(4), the next day – Tsunami(5).

A Report(6) from NASA explains how the poles have permanently shifted by an entire inch. According to Dr. Benjamin Fong Chao, “…Any worldly event that involves the movement of mass affects the Earth’s rotation, from seasonal weather down to driving a car.” Per the findings of Doctors Chao and Gross, the North Pole(7) has shifted by an inch in the direction of 145 degree East Longitude. Based on their report too, was that Earth’s oblateness(8) (gravity field) was also decreased by a small amount.

To translate into laymen’s terms, the change in mass distribution(9) can effect long-term global climate changes(10)(11); thus, the El Nino/La Nina(12) effect is strengthened due to unusual mean sea level pressure(13).

The Journal of Geophysical Research(14) published an abstract on data analysis from the Earth’s gravity field(15). In their profound study, results showed that Earth’s gravity field has undergone significant variations during the past 28 years alone. The largest (of these fluctuations) occurred during the 1996 – 2002 time frame. Again, we have a scenario of mass redistributions in the atmosphere and ocean in a relatively short period.

Personal research from the National Earthquake Information Center(16) showed that between December 5, 2004 and January 5, 2005 there were over 170 earthquakes across the globe that measured over a 5.0 (on the Richter Scale).

According to the Volcano Information Center(17), 77 volcanoes have erupted or are experiencing ongoing eruptions since 2002 – 2004; of which, 57 began erupting during 2004 alone.

The recent California Mudslides(18), the torrential downpours, and extreme winter precipitation begs one to try and comprehend what exactly is occurring and why it is happening at this point in time. Once again, we return to the statement made by Dr. Benjamin Fong Chao, “…Any worldly event that involves the movement of mass affects the Earth’s rotation, from seasonal weather down to driving a car.”

Based on this analogy, we can clearly define that magnetic field composition and movement can and does affect global weather (on a broad scale). But what other effects can the magnetic field have on the planet as a whole?

Interestingly enough, I was able to retrieve different reports that may somehow involve magnetic field proponents: In February of 2004, `…over 10,000 Bramblings dropped dead in a `bird rain’ in the Eastern Province of Jiangsu – Yangzi,’ as reported in the BBC News. In addition, in November of 2004, 100s of Whales and dolphins were found stranded off the coast of Tasmania and New Zealand (Australia Broadcasting Corp ). Reporter Jocelyn Nettlefold stated, “…The weather appears to be central to the stranding cycle. Every decade or so, atmospheric changes bring cooler, sub-Antarctic waters further north…” Professor Mark Hindell further elaborated, “…there have been suggestions in the past that seismic exploration may have been associated with strandings in the US…”

In a more comprehensive Article from Progress in Physical Geography, Sudden Climate Transitions during the Quaternary, Scientists found that the `…time span of the past few million years has been punctuated by many rapid climate transitions, most of them on time scales of centuries to decades or even less…‘ and `…Judging by its past behavior under both glacial and interglacial conditions, climate has a tendency to remain quite stable for most of the time and then suddenly `flip’; at least sometimes over just a few decades, due to the influence of the various triggering and feedback mechanisms…”

This, in relation to magnetic pole shifts would inevitably and theoretically explain dramatic climate transitions. Since 1990, surface waters in tropical and subtropical Atlantic Ocean regions became markedly saltier, while at the same time, much of the water column in the high altitudes of the North and South Atlantic Oceans became fresher. (Report: New Study Reports Large-scale Salinity Changes in the Oceans)

My own theory is as such: Seismological Events = Polar Shifts = Climatic Changes = Global Warming = Sea Level Rise = Continued Seismological Events = etc., etc., etc. In other words, seismological events brought on by nature or manmade contraptions, is the beginning of a vicious cycle.

To further fuel the debate of greenhouse effects directly attributed by sea level rise, `Glacial Melt Alarms Scientists,’ as reported by Terry Rombeck of Journal-World, Prasad Gogineni (Kansas Univ. Researcher) stated, “…I don’t think sea-level rise is an immediate concern. You’re talking about the long term, 50 or 100 years. But the assumptions we’ve made are based on gradual increases over 100 years. What we’re seeing are dramatic increases.”

Overall, the Earth, as we know it is inconceivably changing before our eyes. It is still not too late to make our own transitions in how we proceed with this newfound knowledge. The key to scientific research and global climatic/geological phenomena is that we, as human beings, have the inevitable power to implement strategic changes that can ultimately reverse or at least slow the effects of our own ability to inhabit this Earthly plane. In so, the solution lies within us all. The only difference between mankind’s survival and mass-level extinction is whether or not we choose to use the solution.

For a more metaphysical point of view on polar shifts, Crawford 2000 has an interesting site at http://www.crawford2000.co.uk/mag.htm

The Magic Supplement for Fighting Free Radicals

Sunday, February 22nd, 2009

Copyright 2005 Ryan Cote

Do you know what free radicals are? You should because they harm your health.

Free radicals are the most common cause of tissue damage and free radicals have been linked to every known disease by more than 6,000 scientific studies.

Specifically, free radicals are molecules that are over-reactive because they are unbalanced electronically. In an attempt to become balanced they rob electrons from the molecules that make up the cells in your body, damaging or destroying them. In addition, free radicals damage cell structure and reduce the cell’s ability to function.

Controllable amounts of free radicals are formed during normal cellular functions, but excess free radicals can result from drugs, air pollution, tobacco smoke, pesticides, herbicides, chemicals in our food and water, allergic reactions, emotional upsets, excessive exercise and even an excess of certain dietary substances such as fats.

Fortunately, there’s a solution and they’re called Antioxidants. They offer a powerful nutritional tool to prevent illness and even slow down aging. Examples of antioxidant nutrients are Vitamins A, C & E and the minerals zinc and selenium.

There is also a super potent antioxidant commonly known as Proanthocyanidins. These active ingredients are the most potent, natural, free radical scavengers yet discovered. In tests done to measure the ability of substances to neutralize free radicals, proanthocyanidins proved to be 20 times more powerful than Vitamin C and 50 times more powerful than Vitamin E!

In closing, nutritional supplements can play a very big role in improving one’s health and this includes antioxidants. They help prevent the bodily damage caused by free radicals and, proven by numerous studies, anyone will benefit from taking them.

Yes if you are anything like me your clothes and therefore your closet must look a lot like fall. We all love our blacks and browns, for many reasons, we can pretty much wear them for every occasion. For example if it’s a black coat or blazer you own the wardrobe possibilities are really many. For casual purposes you can put it own wit a t-shirt underneath it and a pair of blue jeans. You can also wear it with a comfortable skirt or any pair of pants you want. If dressing up is your task, all it would take is a black pencil cut skirt or a pair of slacks. Maybe accessorized with a nice scarf.

This is great, but the only problem is that once we find all these neat little tricks we tend to stick to these types of clothes because they are simply so useful. The only problem with this is that we forget that once we take this habit on, we tend to look exactly the same, every day.

So make sure that you take a day to shop and really make your eye stay away from these colors. Don’t be afraid of getting yourself reds, blues, greens, and yellows, it will make you look different, and what better than to do this once you have lost all the weight with the Acceletrim System. You will definitely see a difference when you arrive at the office or wherever you may go, since brighter colors attract the eyes, don’t be scared and have fun.

Resistance Exercise Will Pave the Path to Success

Wednesday, February 18th, 2009

Resistance exercise is an important part of any comprehensive fitness routine. Forget those outdated stereotypes about knuckle-dragging weight lifters. The truth is, everyone, no matter their age, level of fitness, or body type, will experience positive changes as a result of resistance exercise.

Many benefits accrue from resistance exercise. Of course, strength levels skyrocket when trainees use programs that include a resistance component, but many folks are surprised to hear that resistance exercise also plays an important role in reducing body fat levels. Furthermore, it can increase the stability of joints while promoting overall flexibility.

People often experience a reduction in their level of body fat after they incorporate resistance exercise into their routines. The added muscle mass that results from these exercises causes an increase in the basal metabolic rate, which melts the stubborn fat that previously refused to budge. It’s a little-known fact that a few pounds of added muscle will dramatically alter the body’s tendency to add to fat deposits.

Joint problems sometimes arise in middle age. Without regular resistance exercise, these problems are more likely to occur. A workout with a strength component will increase the stabilizing effect of the joint musculature, reducing joint problems. Mild joint problems often disappear if the muscles surrounding the problem area are exercised regularly.

It’s common knowledge that weight lifting is an effective form of resistance exercise. But other styles of resistance training are quickly gaining ground. Elastic bands, isometric contraction exercises, and body weight routines are all effective, inexpensive, and convenient. Whatever the methodology, resistance exercise is a vital part of a properly-designed fitness routine.
